Do you have a store location?

No. OutfittersMegaShop.com is an online store with thousands of products. We offer you high quality athletic and adventure lifestyle products in one place shipped right to your door.

Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary, however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. But don’t worry, you will be updated throughout the entire process until your order reaches your doorstep!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards using PayPal, or use your existing PayPal account. Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we’ll send you a new size, color, or style, or simply issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. You have up to 14 business days to return items purchased from the date of receipt.

What are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times?
